New Moon, New Break Ups.
No matter what relationship status (freaking Facebook) you find yourself in, New Moon by Stephenie Meyer surely resonates with you. I thought I had that relationship a la Bella n’ Edward…..that irrestible, irrational pull. Animalistic (I love that word.) The way Bella would do anything just to keep a piece of Edward’s memory around. Well, that spell has been broken my Twilight friends, and I’m not bitter. I just find myself more empathetic towards Bella’s situation.
Thinking would I handle it any better? Bella got lots of flack from readers, as if, we were all her buddies….dishing on how she’d should handle the situation. Lots of my friends, who’ve read The Twilight Saga, had to put New Moon down after Edward left. Bella was just too whiney they’d say. I’d say we are more like her than we’d admit or maybe we’d admit all to readily.

If I’m being truthful, I felt all the pain bells did, when my soulmate and I ended my world got dark, nothing/no one brought me light. It was if I was alone.. My thoughts and memories were like a horrid play being constantly played out in my head, reality and this *other* world became hazy, lines were crossed, he was the one which brought clarity to my life, in essence Ive huge empathy for bellas madness, to be able to have seen Edwards side at this time would have been great.. An insight into the night.. A torch in the darkness.. An answer to the questions.
